• Applying for titles on motor vehicles
• Selling license plates for motor vehicles
• Collecting sales tax on non-dealer sales of motor vehicles
• Collecting sales tax on boats from non-dealer transfers
• Business licensing

Marriage Records
The County Clerk has marriage records dating from 1823 to the current year. The only years missing are from 1833 to 1845.
